Technical Service Supervisor ( SMT Service Dept.) Job Code:ESEC66-02 (1 vacancy based in Shanghai) 技术维修主管(表面贴装生产设备维修部)
Job Description -Report to Shanghai SMT service department Manager. -Make good relationship with principles and customers. -To lead the Shanghai SMT Service team for supporting the Eastern China customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. -To train up other TSEs and speed up the learning curves of new products.
Requirements: -Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. -5 years after-sale service experience in SMT equipment, having experience in managing and developing a service team (around 6 persons) in multinational company. -Good communication & coordination skill and able to work under pressure. -Fluent spoken and written English. -Willing to travel frequently. -Ability to manage people effectively and provide a team effort to maximize staff potential. -Having experience of servicing JUKI P&P would be an advantage.
