Job Description -- Define/Qualify the processes: printing, mounting, soldering, repair process PCB -- Ensure the process under the control, prepare related process instructions. -- Have experience of design for manufacture in an SMT related discipline where he has had experience in reviewing designs of PCBA's and components for ease of assembly (for the components this should be assembly to the PCB). -- Clear about the electronic manufacturing standard such as IPC-610C -- Profound knowledge for continuous improvement of existing SMT line -- Able to set up a new planned SMT line
Requirements -Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering -Fluent in oral English and excellent written English -working experience of Panasonic SMT line is preferred.
