- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. - Willing to work Overtime. - Experience in SMT Equipment and Process. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Software. - Ability to write and maintain essential production specifications. - Planning and management of Equipment Maintenance program. - Min 1 year Experience in Required Assembly Process and Equipment. - Knowledge Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC). - Support Production in daily Engineering activities. - Initiate yield enhancement activities through process and material improvement. - Troubleshooting and Repairing of Production Equipment (Shooter, Reflow Oven, SPI/AOI Inspection, Router). - Maintain Equipment Uptime through equipment improvement activities. - Management of Equipment spare-parts and inventory. - Management of Technician manpower planning. - Management of Jigs and Tooling requirement and planning.
