职位描述： Well-known multinational mobile company is now hiring: SMT Engineer Description 1. At PBA factory in Beijing act as the main conduit of back and forth communication between R&D and the PBA industrialization side during the definition and the development phase concerning PBA design rules and component specifications. 2. Perform evaluation of new components and new product designs against product specifications and productbility requirements. 3. You will be responsible for doing design reviews following the Design For Manufacturing methodology of new PBA designs. Follow up of prototype builds and suggest alternative technologies and assembly methods or solutions. 4. Participate in hard ware concept and pre-studies to ensure every new product can use the most efficient manufacturing technology available. 5. Advance analyze of the product in the development and in the high volume production phase. Requirement 1. You have deep knowledge of PCB and PBA manufacturing requirements. 2. You manage English on a professional level in both writing and the spoken language 3. Degree or equivalent in Industrial Electronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. 4. You have minimum 3 years related working experience in semiconductor or SMT production or related area.
