职位描述： Responsibilities: - Implement, verify and maintain Engineering Changes - Document all process and product non-conformances - Generate and publish Quality Reports and Trending Analyses - Initiate, coordinate, and follow-up on all MRB activities - Perform new product, process and equipment qualifications - Utilize various tools to identify root cause of failures, i.e. bench testing, microscopy, Design of Experiment
Qualifications: - BS in Electrical Engineering or related field required - A minimum of 6 years relevant professional experience in electronics industry (preferably SMT). - Familiar with IPC standards and ISO 9000 - Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written, follow through and attention to detail - Fluent in English and Mandarin - Proficiency in SMT process
