Minimum Qualification: Engineering Degree (Process based, additional Electrical or Metallurgy qualification would be an advantage)
Experience: 1.Minimum 7 years experience on SMT line as engineering support. 2.Experience in Screening, Placement, Reflow and rework /repair for all SMT components from 0402 chips to 54mm sq BGA's and in single sided, double sided and hybrid processes. 3.The successful candidate will also have experience in all types of soldering, solder repairs, thermal profile design, stencil design and troubleshooting on all aspects of the process. 4.Must have experience of design for manufacture in an SMT related discipline where the candidate had experience in reviewing design of PCBA's and components for ease of assembly ( for the components this should be assembly to the PCB) 5.Be able to speak fluent English and communicate with US based design groups.
