Duty & Responsibility: - Arrange,direct and check technician's work - Responsible for the trial manufactring of new model(include MI&all procedues) - Execute and follow up ECN and DN - Check the accuracy of MI offenly - Direct and follow up the daily maintenance of SMT machines and check the machines regularly - Direct production people to operate the machines and monitor the accuracy - Monitor the quality of products and cooperate with production on quality and quantity - Improve the production capactiy and quality - Performance repair maintenance - Carry out checking to ensure all maichine is always working - Study process and make improvement recommendation
Requirements: - Above U-graduate - At least 2 years solid experience in SMT machine and wave soldering oven set up, maintenance, repairs, productivity enhancement. - Experience on Fuji CP6/CP643E/XP, GSM1&GSM2 is a definite advantage. - Workable English in email communication.
