Requirements ·B.S. Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering ·With 3 or more years of experience supporting SMT processes ·Experience in new set up of manufacturing processes /equipment, fixture/tool will be an added advantage ·Knowledge and experience in SMT, MI/AI, wave soldering and singulation process development will be an added advantage ·Must be able to read, comprehend and write in English.
