Job Summary: 1、Improve SMT/Process quality 2、Implement process control plan 3、Ensure project goals are met, such as line set-up 4、support new product introduction 5、Conduct training to line associate on SMT/process related stuff 6、Introducing new SMT process technology 7，This position is not SMT equipment Maintenance.
Special Requirement: 1、Min 3 years experience in SMT/manufacturing/equipment manufacturer 2、Good analytical/problem-solving skills. 3、Good interpersonal/communication skills 4、Good presentation skills. 5、Ability to operate both independently and within a team environment 6、Ability to operate within a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment 7、Good Read and write English 8、Priority if have ESD or SMT machine management experience 9、Experience in multi-national working enviroment 10、At least 3 years experience in electronics manufacturing
