Main responsibilities: ·Preparation of processes for new production builds. ·Support SMT area in production for equipment and process issues. ·Specify new equipment and be responsible for working with machine supplier, from specification to released equipment. ·Process control management, Process-FMEA, Capability studies, SPC... ·Identify and run improvements projects within the area. Improvements such as quality and efficiency. Continuous improvements. ·Be technical support to R&D for design/process issues ·Be involved or lead projects together with other AEx engineers ·Responsible for processes: screen-printing, surface Component Assembly, reflow Soldering, Selective Soldering and AOI
Requirements: ·Engineering degree with minimum 5 years experience within the electronic production in SMT area. ·Experience in Selective soldering and AOI ·Experience in automotive production and quality systems, Safety preferred. ·Quality mentality for reaching 0ppm ·Good interpersonal skills, able to work with many levels of the organization ·Fluent English and Chinese.
