Duties/Responsibilities: 职责 Supporting SMT, PTH and press fit. Generating product work instructions Maintenance of all process equipment. Machine program generation/modification. Product Quality. Process Controls. Evaluate new methods of improving the overall effectiveness of the manufacturing process. Repair process. Support layout changes. Operator training of new processes. Be sure the product accord with the environmental factor whatever before/during or after the producing
Remark: Besides basic responsibilities, the employee should take on the responsibilities defined in the QM System, EM system, OSH system accomplish the other missions arranged by his/her supervisor. Qualification & experience 资质与经验 Bachelor's degree in Electronics or relevant At least 2 years process engineer experience in electronics manufacturing Experience in quality/process engineering or experience in SPC preferred Familiar with ISO 9001standards Good English, Good Computer skill
