工程部    SMT分部经理 电子邮箱：Recruit@hzmot.com 发布日期：2006-07-05 工作地点：杭州市 招聘人数：1 学    历：本科 工作年限：三年以上 薪水范围：面议 外语要求：英语 熟练 接受简历语言：中文或英文 职位描述： Responsibilities: 1, Report to SMT Manager 2, Lead SMT engineering team to achieve company goal in terms of quality, delivery and cost 3, Resources planning for new products introduction and ramp up, as well as existing products sustaining 4, Responsible for SMT process control system sustaining and optimization 5, Responsible for technology transfer and skill improvement of junior engineers 6, Cooperating with cross function team for win-win solutions Requirements: 1, 5+ years of professional experiences in manufacturing engineering, at least 2 years supervision position 2, Intensive knowledge of SPC and be able to conduct DOE and other problem solving methods for process improvement 3, Understand equipment capability and performance measurement, familiar with MPM, FUJI, Universal, BTU equipments is a plus 4, Initiative, systematic, and fast action executor 5, Strong ownership for responsible business 6, Excellent English skill in both writing and speaking
