职位描述： Responsibilities: Develop & maintain SMT Operation system in FuYong SMT plant. Lead and head a team of engineers to set up and maintain the SMT machines in good conditions. Lead a team of production people in SMT to meet the main assembly plants delivery requirement. To lead the SMT for a continuously improvement base on the feedback from both internal and external customers. Report to Engineering Director. Requirements: University Graduate w/electrical/electronic degree or engineering degree Minimum 6 years working experience in SMT operation with min. 2 years in manager position. Experience in International company exposure. Experience in Samsung, Siemens and Panasonic SMT machines. Fluent in spoken & written English/Mandarin Willing to work under pressure and heavy loadings Proactive, Aggressive, open mind, willing to learn & have good sense of team work Able to work independently
