职位描述： 1.To lead SMT group towards achieving the departmental quality objectives. 2.To identify SMT engineers training needs. 3.To ensure products manufactured are in compliance with customer requirements. 4.To lead SMT group in improving plant wide realization through process and equipment optimizations. 5.To supervise SMT engineers. 6.To drive for continuous improvement projects.
职位要求： 1、Preferably 4 years of managerial experience in a high volume, automated and technological manufacturing of Printed Circuit Cable Assemblies or Print Circuit Board Assemblies environment. 2、Good communication and interpersonal skill. 3、Fluent written and oral English.Computer literate. 4、Knowledge in Six Sigma will be added advantage.
