职位描述：
1.BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial engineering.
2.At least 3 years experience in solder processes, electromechanical assembly or circuit board fabrication
3.Good Verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, CET 6 equivalent.
4.Good Computer, time management skills. 
5.Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, interpret and analyze designs and process data, good decision-making skills, project management experience strongly preferred
6.Be able to work under pressure and willing to take challenging tasks.
7.Strong interest in manufacturing processes development & enhancement
1.Develop and evaluate the method, operation sequence, and tooling for the fabrication/assembly/finishing of components and subassemblies,and final products.
2.Develop and maintain process related documentation.
3.Setup and run routine and complex manufacturing experiments for the development and improvement of the manufacturing processes.
4.Design and implement process data collection and analysis methods to foster process control and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
5.Design/evaluate/obtain and implement process tooling,fixturing,and equipment as required.
6.Develop training methods and materials for manufacturing processes. 
7.Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex production problems.
8.Facilitate, determine,and execute root cause and corrective action activities as required.
9.Lead/Participate in structured continuous improvement and process development teams.
10.Work with Manufacturing Supervisors to develop and execute plans for the continuous improvement of business measures.
