职位描述： 1. Machine trouble shooting implementation 2. Optimize program and maintain machine in good status to improve the efficiency of equipment to increase the productivity. 3. Provide the technical training to technician and operators and give the certification for them 4. New equipment evaluation and provide the evaluation report to assist production manager for decision making. 5. Design, install and adjust the new equipment for production. 6. Spare parts control. 7. ECO follow and implementation.
