Be responsible for process control and continuously improve the reliability, quality, yield and cycle time, and SMT outsourcing control.
Job Description:
1.Edit process control specification, control plan, FMEA, machine work instruction and PM work instruction.
2.SMT Outsourcing process control, improvement and project execution.
3.Participate in all equipment related continuous improvement effort and activities to achieve company quality and business goals.
4.Performs tests, takes measurements, and maintains equipment logs and preventive maintenance sheets.
5.Develops and execute effective PM plans for related Assembly and Supporting equipments. Ensure PM and calibration system meet ISO9000 requirements.
6.Identifies root cause, formulate effective corrective actions and resolves problems concerning production quality, yield, reliability cycle time and equipment to drive cost down.
7.Efficiently performs all tasks assigned to completion.
8.Performs calibrations/Insures calibrations are performed and documented according to the calibration schedule.
9.Performs within the department and interdepartmentally as a team player in a teamwork environment.
10.Responsible for installation and ensure functionality of all ESD requirement in production area.
11.Utilizes SPC tool to analyses, control and improve production quality, yield, reliability, cycle time and equipment performance.
12.Drive suppliers on all the quality issues & improvement projects
Requirement:
1.Bachelor Degree, Engineering related majors;
2.More than 2 years working experience, Strong hands on & Engineering management for Assembly SMT equipment & process & outsourcing.
3.English, fluent in reading and writing and speaking
4.MS Office, SAP, MCS, performance system
