Job Description - To develop and grow the Process Engineering and consulting business. - To develop new accounts for consulting, EMS and assembly business. - Manage consulting and sub-assembly projects. - Cost and time management. - Maintain good relationship with customers. - Prepare and execute technical presentations, benchmarks and evaluations. - To study and demonstrate various features of equipment being represented, performing comparison and evaluation for similar features of other equipments. - Keep on updating the relevant knowledge of equipment, processes, training, etc. to continuously deliver our value to customers and principals. - Prepare and execute seminars and product trainings.
Requirements - Bachelor degree major in Electronics or Physics. - Proficient in both written and spoken English. - At least 8 years' experience in project management within the PCBA, manufacturing or sub-assembly industry. - Have experience in selling solutions to problems. - Shall work independently in Tech Center or on customer sites. - Close relationship with Universities, governmental bodies and Institutes is desirable. - Good communication and interpersonal skills ( presentations and sales skills). - Team working skills. - Willing to travel (whole Asia).
