职位描述： Provide SMT engineering technoloy solution to R&D and mass production operation. Responsiblity: 1. Support R&D for new product (mobile phone) prototype design and production. Provide instant problem analysis and design improvement proposal to R&D. 2. Prepare all necessary SMT line setup package for new product prototype and mass production including working instruction, fixure/tooling and programming in term of timeing, quality and quantity. 3. SMT process optimization and failure analysis,contimuous improvement driving to ensure Department KPI target achievement. 4. Qualify and release new tooling/new components/new process for SMT line. 5. Provide active support to PL in project team on behalf of SMT section head. 6. Prepare and provide trainings and support to line trouble shooter/operator for new product prototype run and ramp up. 7. New tasks or responsibilities assigned from time to time. Competencies: 1. Bachelor degree majored in Electrical, Electronics o mechanical engineering. 2. Sound knowledge of SMT process setup, optimization and failure analysis. 3. Experience of SMT machine operation and programming (DEK, Siplace, Reflow oven, AOI, Router) 4. Experience of DFM, NPI and basic knowledge of project management. 5. 3 years related working experience in mobile phone manufacturing field is preferred. 6. Fluent in English and in Microsoft computer software.
