职位描述： Responsibilities: 1.Drive team to achieve the target of quality 2.Drive team to meet delivery requirement 3.Drive daily Production meeting to achieve the goal of quality and shipping 4.Coach line leader and develop a strong team with multiple skills and abundant experience 5.Monitor daily production progress and do some optimization 6.Make sure production line run aligning with the schedule 7.Drive relevant team members to quick resolve problem happened at production line. 8.Make sure lines strictly following WI and relevant company policy and procedure. 9.Continue to drive cost reduction 10.Others such as company/department activity, etc.
Requirements: 1. More than 5 years' experience in SMT production line, at least 3 years' experience of staff management. 2. Familiar with SMT equipment. 3. Experience of project management. 4. Good at English, both in written of spoken. 5. Strong team spirit and be able to work under great pressure.
