职位描述： Position : Manager level 3 , reports to the Manufacturing Production Manager.
Mission & objectives : Ensure the production planning in term of quantity, delivery date and quality. Control the labour cost of the products. Control the scraps with action plans to reduce them. Ensure the daily quantity with right resources. Make sure the production is always in according process map and specifications. Put in place action plan for continuous improvement of quality, labour cost ( Lean Manufacturing Project). Make maintenance in according planning. Focus quality and quality mindset for all people in the workshop. Have management policy based on KPI ( Key Performance Indicator). Put in place training to have right skill for all people at all positions.
