Job Description: 1.Responsible for SMT product line and process. 2.Optimize and improve SMT production line's efficiency. 3.Prepare SMT work instruction and process flow chart. 4.Create and modify SMT program,setup the parameter of reflow oven. 5.Anlysis the production process and quality condition and improve. 6.Guild the operator to do and deal with the work craft problem, manage the tooling.. 7.Collection, sorting, distribution and recycle of technical documents.
