职位描述： Requirements: 1. A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Engineering or electronics. IPC qualification is prefer. 2. 5 years+ relative SMT working experience, at least 2 years in managerial and above position. 3. Very familiar with SMT technology and know IPC standard well. 4. Good at SMT machine maintain and related knowledge. 5. Good communication skill and good team work. 6. Integrity, trustworthy and candidate. 7. Fluent English speaking and writing. 8. Good Six sigma and lean knowledge. 9. Good computer skills. Responsibilities: 1. To set up a new SMT workshop and take charge of SMT line management .Work with Engineering, QA , project management team to resolve production line problems. 2. Ensure productivity, labor efficiency, machines utilization meet established objectives and ensure no delivery schedule is missed.
