职位描述： Responsibilities: Evaluate, define and verify new Surface Mount Technology. Work together with each global R&D side to investigate and verify new technology with any resource in order to ensure BMC has the new technologies needed to handle the future projects. Perform productivity and failure analysis and report. Conduct thorough analysis and issue accurate and understandable reports Perform component and PCB evaluations and issue PAA. Get request from each global R&D side and make sure components used for HVM meets process and quality requirements Design, improve, control and order stencil. According to product quality requirement and lead time Define and evaluate reflow profile for all new products. According to reflow standard and product requirements Analyze data and suggest improvements regarding design, material and processes. Perform DFM review and design rule review with global R&D side for all new project products. Design footprint and PCB board of new components for global R&D side for all new products. Reduce failure rate of produced products Requirements: University in engineering, mechanical or electrical 3-5 years working experience in activities related similar function and quality of Surface mount production or technology Chinese/ English fluent in oral and writing Very good interpersonal communication and presentation skills MS-Office Good coordination desirable Analytical & investigative sense
