职位描述： 工作职责： 制作产品的温度线：根据每个产品主板器件的分布，设定温度曲线，确保焊接质量。 According each product, make and optimize profile，ensure mainboard soldering quality. 炉温检测：根据流焊炉的性能以及生产线产品更换状况，定时检测流焊炉的温度曲线，确保炉温曲线的一致性。 According to oven’s performance and production change on each line, Regularly check the reflow profile for each line. Ensure consistency of profile. 新产品做切割金相分析：根据金相学，分析焊接的可靠性，从而确保焊接质量 According to metallography, analyse solder reliability, ensure mainboard solder quality. 培训：定期开展对内部技术员关于工艺方面的知识培训 Train process knowledge for other technician inside SMT process 任职要求： 大学本科、机电和材料专业 Bachelor、electronical and material professional 具有一定焊接专业和材料专业知识 Familiar with the knowledge of solder paste and soldering. 有较好的SMT在线控制能力的基础 Familiar with the base of SMT process control. SMT行业工作一年以上 Above one year experience in SMT process 良好的沟通能力，协调能力，良好团队意识 Good communication competence; Good team 英语四级以上，熟练运用EXCEL、WORD等办公自动化软件以 CET-4 and upon; Use the Office system Salary and benefit：
