Now we are looking for a PROFESSIONAL SMT SUPERVISOR to join our team in Shenzhen. You'll be working on challenging assignments, solving basic problems and supporting the needs of factory processes.
Functions include: 1.Strong technical knowledge on SMT process and work with Engineering, QC to solve SMT problems 2. Familiar with SMT production line layout & setup and SMT tooling 3.Able to perform SMT equipment evaluation, equipment troubleshoot and maintenance 4.Perform manufacturing process capability study, production capacity analysis and ensure productivity, labor efficiency, machines utilization meet objectives and ensure no delivery schedule is missed 5.Lead SMT process team to provide daily full support to production line 6. Build and retain highly motivated SMT team to pursuing excellence. 7. Prepare manpower planning and define Job Description of all positions in the department 8. Evaluate staff performance and set improvement plans for staff when required 9. Work together with cross functions to achieve expected productivity and quality goal
Qualifications -College's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Electronics. -3 years or above relative SMT working experience, at least 1 year in management position -Very familiar with SMT technology -Good at SMT machine maintenance and related knowledge -Good communication skills and good team work." -Mature, self disciplined, initiative, honest, trustworthy -Good written English -Good computer skills
