Minneapolis, MN... The SMTA and Auburn University CAVE are organizing the
Third Annual Harsh Environment Electronics Workshop to be held June 28-29 at
the Radisson Hotel in Indianapolis, IN. Industry professionals are invited
to submit an abstract to participate in this exciting program.
Subject areas include, but are not limited t
· Issues and Opportunities - Automotive
· Activities in Semiconductor Technology · Issues with Harsh Vehicle
Systems · Substrate Advancements · Next Generation Automotive Systems ·
Advancements in Materials · Issues in Military, Space, and Avionics
To allow more time for interaction, presentation formats, rather than
technical papers, are being sought for the workshop program. The session
for each topical area will begin with an overview followed by detailed
presentations, which describe state-of-the-art technology and future trends.
Abstracts of 200-300 words will be accepted through March 1 and can be
submitted directly to SMTA director of education Kristin Nafstad by email:
kristin@smta.org.
